Can our data stay in the UAE or on our own servers?
Yes. For sensitive or classified data we deploy on-premise or inside your own environment, so nothing has to leave your infrastructure or the country. Deployment fits your security posture, not the other way around.
Do you support Arabic and English?
Yes. We build bilingual systems with proper right-to-left support, and our document intelligence reads and extracts from both Arabic and English paperwork. Interfaces, records, and audit trails work in both languages.
Is AI making decisions about residents or applications on its own?
No. AI handles the volume - reading documents, classifying, drafting, and flagging - but the decision stays with a named officer, backed by a full audit trail. AI-assisted, human-reviewed, especially where a person's case is involved.
