Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Kanban Studios website, services, proposals, software, automation systems, consulting work, technical deliverables, documentation, and any work performed by Kanban Studios - F.Z.E. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Kanban Studios provides services including AI workflow automation, custom software engineering, creative websites, CRM systems, dashboards, API integrations, internal tools, document intelligence, IT consultancy, cyber risk review, and monthly software support.

All projects are governed by the final written proposal, invoice, statement of work, contract, or agreement accepted by both parties. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, timeline, and approval.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, approvals, content, business rules, and legal permission to use any data or materials they provide.

Fees, payment milestones, deposits, retainers, and due dates are defined in the accepted proposal, invoice, or agreement. Work may be paused if payments are delayed. Billing questions can be directed to billing@kanbanstudios.ae.

Timelines depend on client response times, scope clarity, technical complexity, third-party dependencies, and requested changes. We do not commit to deadlines we have not estimated ourselves.

Revisions are provided within the scope agreed in the proposal. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may require an additional quote, revised timeline, and written approval before work proceeds.

All original work created by Kanban Studios, including software, source code, designs, UI concepts, website content, documentation, automation workflows, AI systems, business logic, technical architecture, proposals, diagrams, internal tools, and delivery processes, remains the intellectual property of Kanban Studios unless ownership transfer is expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Where a project agreement states that ownership of a final deliverable transfers to the client after full payment, such transfer applies only to the final agreed deliverable and does not include Kanban Studios’ pre-existing tools, internal systems, reusable components, frameworks, templates, libraries, methods, know-how, or proprietary processes unless expressly agreed in writing.

No person or company may copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, imitate, republish, modify, commercialize, or reuse Kanban Studios materials, proposals, code, designs, workflows, documentation, website content, brand assets, or systems without written permission.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, resale, imitation, or misuse of Kanban Studios work is strictly prohibited. Kanban Studios reserves the right to take legal action, seek injunctive relief, claim damages, recover legal costs, and pursue all remedies available under applicable UAE law and international intellectual property protections.

Some projects may use third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, cloud services, analytics platforms, payment processors, or AI services. Clients may be responsible for third-party fees, accounts, terms, and limitations.

Kanban Studios may use AI-assisted engineering, automation, development tools, and technical systems to improve delivery. Final client-facing output remains subject to human review and the agreed project scope.

Kanban Studios handles client information with care. Clients must also protect Kanban Studios’ confidential information, proposals, pricing, internal processes, and technical materials.

Unless restricted by a signed agreement, Kanban Studios may reference the client name, project type, general description, or non-confidential visuals in its portfolio or marketing. Sensitive client information will not be disclosed publicly without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kanban Studios’ aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. Kanban Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the accepted agreement. On termination, the client remains responsible for work completed and accepted to date. Provisions on intellectual property, restrictions on use, confidentiality, and legal remedies survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Ajman and the Ajman Free Zone framework, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

In the event of unauthorized use, copying, misappropriation, or misuse of its work, Kanban Studios reserves the right to take legal action, seek injunctive relief, claim damages, recover costs, and pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
