Fleet Command - a live map that fixes a late delivery.

A last-mile logistics command centre with a real live map - vehicles plotted on actual UAE streets with active route lines, a delivery SLA board, driver performance, and live alerts. When a delivery runs late, re-route it and its ETA recovers back inside the window in one click.

THE PROBLEM

Dispatch teams often run last-mile on a group chat and a spreadsheet. Nobody can see where the trucks actually are, which deliveries are about to breach their window, or which driver is free to take a re-route - so a late load stays late and the customer finds out before you do.

Fleet Command puts every vehicle on a live map, scores every delivery against its SLA window, and makes re-routing a delayed load a single click - so dispatch acts before the breach, not after.

WHAT IT DOES

Every vehicle, every delivery, live.

01

Real live map

Vehicles plotted on actual UAE streets with active route lines - green for on-track, red for at-risk - so dispatch sees the whole operation, not a list.

02

Delivery SLA board

Every delivery with its window, ETA, and an SLA score (early / late in minutes) - the ones about to breach are impossible to miss.

03

Live KPI tiles

Active vehicles, in-transit, delivered today, late-at-risk, on-time rate, and low-fuel - the numbers a dispatch lead watches all day.

04

Live alerts

Delay, maintenance, fuel, and geofence alerts with acknowledge actions, so the exceptions rise to the top.

05

Driver leaderboard

Trips, on-time %, and rating per driver - performance you can see, and a fair basis for who takes the next re-route.

06

On-time & fuel trends

Seven-day on-time trend, deliveries by zone, and weekly fuel spend - the operational and cost picture side by side.

HOW IT RUNS

A late delivery, back inside its window.

The signature flow: a delivery is running 35 minutes late and about to breach its SLA. Open it, click Re-route to nearest vehicle, and the load is reassigned to the closest available truck - its ETA recalculates back inside the window, and the board turns from red to on-time.

The live map - vehicles on real streets with green on-track and red at-risk route lines across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

THE OUTCOME

Dispatch acts before the breach, not after.

When the whole fleet is on one live map and every delivery is scored against its window, the late load is obvious an hour before the customer would notice. Dispatch re-routes proactively, on-time rate climbs, and the awkward apology call stops happening.
